Jeffrey Williams is an innovative multi-disciplinary visionary who has taught and facilitated transformation and vitality arts since 1999. He has synthesized traditional and alternative wellness and medicine systems from all over the world with modern science to develop his cutting edge modalities for experiencing human potential and increased vitality and longevity. Jeffrey has taught at Holistic Centers for 18 years and in November 2018 joined us as a keynote speaker for the International Holistic Wellness Forum in Beijing.
A father, husband, teacher, an innovator of INU and a lineage holder for EDGU, Alphabiotics and Longevity Protocols, he founded the Center for Lifestyles of Light in 2002 and the Vitalist Institute in 2016 to train facilitators of a range of potent curriculum to empower more inspired individuals and groups. The experiential modalities taught and practiced in this course have practical application at home or in Holistic Centers, allowing participants to experience greater fulfilment and vitality.
Jeffrey has travelled the world to learn from and experience the teachings of innovators, masters, and teachers of holistic and transformative lifestyle practices. He works with hundreds of people every week and his mission in life is to evolve the human experience towards a greater potential.

Jeffrey teaches the following modalities and will be offering a workshop at Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon in July.
1. EDGU: evolutionary spine and brain maintenance
EDGU is a series of mostly gyrating movements in a stable stance that articulate the entire spine through its range of motion. Improves posture, strength and flexibility in the spine and liberates compensation patterns. EDGU results in Balanced Whole Brain Functioning. Movement is the fastest way to sculpt the brain and EDGU is cutting edge by integrating a self reflective life affirming story synchronized to the movements.
2. INU: move-breathe-sound
INU exercises the Vital flows in the body by utilizing the basic life functions of moving, breathing and sounding. Releasing, then increasing energy, INU brings total presence and intentional sensory integration to meet this Vital energy resulting in a profound experience of human potential.
3. Determine Your Values
Explore the Governing Laws of Life and how they apply to our human experience. Each of us lives by a set of priorities and our lives self reveal those priorities with a simple set of questions. This will be a place to discover those Guiding Values and how to use them to experience more fulfilment in our Lives.
