Introducing the Panel
Louis Bohtlingk (Netherlands) now lives near Findhorn and facilitates the shift from a Money First World to a Care First attitude worldwide. Since 2004, he’s offered a workshop called Meeting the Mystery of Money. In Louis’ understanding, Money First creates “the harm done for money’s sake” on our planet. By applying Care First we reverse this destruction and rebuild our world.
Steve Schueth (USA) is a nationally recognized authority, consultant, and resource to the Sustainable, Responsible, Impact investment industry. Steve believes that the application of the concept of Care First along the spectrum of life decisions is perhaps the most powerful force for good available to mankind.
Simon Stedman (UK) is Director of Finance at the Findhorn Foundation (FF). Leaving a successful financial career in London for a community in Northern Scotland was the last thing on his mind! He’s now leading the transformation of the center’s financial sustainability and believes in ‘bringing full abundance to all financial exchanges.’
Clare Chapman (UK) is a chartered accountant collaborating with Simon at the FF. Clare has a passion for Conscious Finance which links people, planet, purpose, presence and prosperity. She believes that practising this approach strengthens our relationships, deepens our trust and increases our alignment with life, enhancing prosperity for all.
Karen McAllister (Canada) is a Mindful Money Coach and Board Chair & Director of Fund Development of Clear Sky Meditation Centre in British Columbia. The culture of the community requires new members to engage in shadow work around money before becoming staff. This helps attract the resources to serve their mission in the world.
