Program Production Coordinator: is responsible for delivering quality retreat experiences for Big Bear Retreat Center. You are a natural born ‘doer’ who loves logistics, digging into the details of room setups, is service-oriented and savvy with technology! This is a crucial role on the Program team as you are accountable for delivering on the teacher and participant retreat experience and the key point of contact for group organizers and facilitators. This role includes extensive public contact with participants, teachers, and other staff members. You will work closely with both the Program and Operations teams, be a communication hub before, during and after retreats, and be a public-facing representative of BBRC.

Guest Services Manager: is responsible for ensuring the guest experience for each retreat is exceptional and aligned with our mission at Big Bear Retreat Center. You are a nurturer by nature, eager to help and ensure guests have everything they need to feel safe, comfortable and present at our center. You are as comfortable taking registrations or staffing a check-in desk as you are handling complex guest inquiries or last-minute changes. Your interpersonal and digital communication skills exude warmth, friendliness and patience. You are service- and safety-minded to the core, and graceful under pressure. This role coordinates directly with the Program team to ensure a smooth retreat, from arrival to departure, and the Operations team to ensure the campus and accommodations are prepped and ready to go.
