Bursary Fund Recipients and Feedback 2020
485 people from centers around the world engaged in the 2020 Virtual Gathering. Scholarships were offered to seven centers from the HCN Bursary Fund and 193 people signed up for the free ticket to the opening keynote. Two sponsors supported the event and HCN reached 94% of it’s annual progam income from the four in person gatherings originally planned this year. Participant feedback and measure of transformation are demonstrated in the graphics below.
Centers Gathering Contest Winner 2018
For the third year running we partnered with Retreat Guru to reach out to centers that hadn’t participated in the Gathering before. We ran a contest to win one free place in the annual Gathering funded through the Omega Scholarship Fund and were delighted to select the following participant;

Donations April 2017
Rachel Davey, Executive Director of The Haven, BC, Canada, hosted the 2014 Gathering. In her transition from ten years in the ED role she didn’t feel it was appropriate to ask The Haven Board to fund her participation this year, however, still felt called to join us. Donations May 2016
During the 2016 Centers Gathering hosted by Le Monastère des Augustines, the idea was sown that participants contribute to the bursary fund. Putting thought into action, people were invited to pledge their donations on a flip chart before our completion circle. Our first Gathering in Asia was hosted by the House of I, in Beijing, China and five participants from holistic centers in the UK and USA had their travel expenses covered so they could attend. We’re grateful for our ongoing connection with the Orenda Tribe, the community that surrounds the holistic center, and the generous donations received to support our ongoing work. [Read more…]
