The schedule of the Gathering will follow the rhythms of community life;
6:30 – 7:30 – optional silent meditation in Cluny Sanctuary
7:30 – 9:00 – breakfast in Cluny Dining Room
7:45 – 8:15 – optional Taize singing in Cluny Sanctuary
8:35 – 8:55 – optional guided meditation in Cluny Sanctuary
Each morning will be split into two 90 minute sessions with a 30 minute tea break and social time in between.
Different members of the Findhorn Community will join the participants of the Gathering in each session, which will vary from group discussion / small break out groups / presentations / group bonding / sharing / free time / exploring the community.

Topics for Daytime Discussion;
Sustainability, Education and Programming, Marketing and PR, Governance and Decision Making, Fundraising, Staffing and Volunteers, Elder Care, and the Holistic Vision, plus open space for other topics of interest that arise during our time together.
Subjects for Evening Sharings;
History and Mystery of Findhorn, Mission and Purpose, Inner Life and Nature Sharing.
Community Evening;
A community evening in our main venue, The Universal Hall – http://www.findhorn.org/universal-hall/information/ – will be held by our dynamic chair of management, Ana Rhodes, highly skilled in group dynamics and process orientated psychology. This is an opportunity for all members of the community to engage with participants from the Gathering and explore how we can mutually support each other in our vision for a more positive and sustainable future.

Group Bonding – Discovery Games, Sacred Dance and Sharing Circles
Free Time;
During the Gathering there will be free time to connect more deeply with each other, join in community events, explore the arts and crafts of the community, explore the gardens, walk along the beach or visit the picturesque fishing village.
